- Does Bird-Feeders-Online.com accept phone, fax, email or regular mail orders?
Orders may be placed over the phone or through our automated system online. We do not accept fax, email or regular mail orders.
- I did not receive an order confirmation. Was my order successfully submitted?
If you did not receive a confirmation on the order, it is possible the order was not completed. Please do not replace the order online. If you do, you may end up with duplicate orders and both being charged since we use an automated system. Call our customer support agents at 1-800-734-5590 to make sure your order was received.
- I am concerned that I may have placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?
Call Bird-Feeders-Online.com at 1-800-734-5590. We will void the order for you as long as it has not been shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain all the tracking numbers for the order you do no want and call 1-800-742-5877 to refuse those boxes. You will be refunded when those boxes are returned to
Bird-Feeders-Online.com.
- After I submit an order, how will I be advised of the order's status?
We will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may also check our online order status page for live updates.
- Approximately how long does it generally take to process an order?
It takes 24-48 hours for us to process an order before we ship. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the shipping method paid for and your local carrier guidelines for delivery.
- Is the Bird-Feeders-Online.com website secure? What type of security features are utilized to safeguard my information?
When you are placing an order on the Internet, security is a #1 priority. All online transactions are sent though our secure server, and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the Internet, trusted employees will process your order and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security. In fact, once the order is placed, the credit card is charged....we do not retain any of your credit card information. It just passes through our system and is not stored.

Absolutely NOT. We respect your privacy and will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our website will be used for processing purposes only. The only emails you will receive from
Bird-Feeders-Online.com will be in regard to your order, RMA status and other information you may have requested.
- How do I operate the Bird-Feeders-Online.com shopping cart?
Since we only carry one item all you have to do is select the quantity you wish to order and click "Add to Cart". When ready to check out, click on "Check Out" and login following the instructions. New customers can at this point, create an account. This account will be established to hold your order history, wish list, and order tracking information.
